Innovation awards!

Planning the April encounter

Brigid Allan is a WINTEC Hnrs. student passionate about the power of creativity to bring people together. She is completing her Arts studies to be able to do just that.

Ideas to thrash about:

Idea #1: A collective beadchain. People create clay beads who we string together and hang in crazy places like trees in Garden Place or near Creative Waikato the day of the Hui...!!!

Idea #2: A collective tapestry: Chicken wire framed with a basket of ribbons from recycled clothes - each person that wants to contribute ties a ribbon in the wire... after a few months the whole frame becomes a collective tapestry...
Brigid will bring the frame on Wed 26 March at the Uni!!!
