Innovation awards!

Working for yourself - an attractive option!!

One lesson our STARS training taught us in Christchurch is that it makes more sense to recruit Personal Assistants to support our people fill specific roles - sometimes new roles come up in the most unlikely places and times and families can be encouraged to develop ideas that they may have parked 'for later' because of their busy lives.

Thinking about running some sessions to coach new Personal Assistants/recruits in planning and running a micro-business experiment - a one-time event to test the idea of micro-entrepreneurship: So far thinking about modelling in a fashion show, co-facilitating assistive equipment demonstrations and catering/party/entertainment hosting...

Inspired by a Fashion show of another world!!!
